Chetan has been involved in starting a few MNC Centers (GCC's) over the last 3 decades, the first one being Deutsche Software in 1991 and more recently centers for Northern Trust and Allstate Insurance. Chetan is the ex-chair of the NASSCOM GCC group for Karnataka, is a reputed industry speaker and panelist. He is a visiting faculty at IIM Bangalore for courses in Investment Banking and Insurance and is a certified Executive coach.
